Rio Reiser

A revolutionary designer and an enormous impact in his local Germany, vocalist/songwriter Rio Reiser was created Ralph Möbius in Berlin and spent the majority of his child years traveling because of his father’s work. As he’d say in later on interviews, music was an attempt to create something similar to a permanent house. He trained himself acoustic guitar, piano, and cello and during his young years offered himself the stage name Rio Reiser like a mention of Karl Philipp Moritz’s mammoth autobiographical function Anton Reiser. After he spent a while using the pop group the Defeat Kings, he created an avant-garde theatre group along with his sibling in Berlin. One bizarre opera later on, the theatre group dissolved, but Reiser experienced already shifted and joined up with the rock and roll group Lot Steine Scherben, who released their self-titled debut in 1970. In 2006 the Western european music and entertainment trade present Popkomm honored his storage by creating the Rio Reiser Melody Prize for brilliance in songwriting.
