Riley Etheridge, Jr.

Americana vocalist/songwriter Riley Etheridge, Jr. spent 2 decades honing his chops in Baton Rouge, Louisiana before going north to create shop in NEW YORK. After partnering with Nashville-based maker Wendell Tilley, he shipped his impartial debut, 2009’s Points I Used to learn. He adopted up in 2011 with Natural powder Keg, his label debut for Rock and roll Ridge Music, growing on his easy mixture of blues, R&B, nation, and rock and roll. The entire year 2012 designated a set of fresh produces in the Better Times EP and his third full-length, The Arrogance of Youngsters, and Etheridge transformed tack a little, shifting to a far more guitar-heavy rock and roll & move sound. Collaborating once again with Tilley aswell as guitarist Shane Theriot (Dr. John, Neville Brothers), he crafted what he regarded as his party record, 2015’s The Right and Narrow Method. Recorded in LA, The Direct and Narrow Method featured a split team of music artists including renowned drummer Jim Keltner and Nickel Creek vocalist/fiddler Sara Watkins.
