A founding person in N.Con.C.’s digital music picture, Richard Bone began his profession by composing music for off-Broadway theater productions (using homemade processors), and spent some time working with neo-legendaries Lenny Kaye and Reeves Gabrels. In 1980, he became a member of Shox Lumania, but shortly went single and released a string of singles on Chrysalis Information. He has created singles for Silicone Rodeo, composed primary music for award-winning wire and broadcast tv, and it has been mixed up in music video creation of his very own work released over the experimental Sony in the first ’80s. His interesting, ambient works continuing in to the ’90s, culminating with 1999’s Coxa, which highlighted a jazzy atmosphere. A lot of his produces were released by his very own Quirkworks label.
