As the drummer for gothic, rock, band, Morgion, Rhett Davis has delivered a number of the hardest hitting sounds heard in California through the later-1990s and early-2000’s. He defined the group’s sound as “Green Floyd matches the Areas of Nephilim performing Candlesmass covers inside a horror film.” As well as vocalist/bassist Jeremy Peto and guitarist Dwayne Boardman, Davis created Morgion in 1992. Music composed from the band through the first 2 yrs of their living were compiled on the debut recording, Among Majestic Damage, in 1997. The recording paperwork the band’s development since it added another guitarist, Gary Griffith, and a keyboards participant, Ed Parker, in past due 1993. Although some keyboards packed in after Parker remaining the group, he came back completely in the past due-1990s. Powered by bottom-heavy bass, Davis and Morgion possess progressively veered towards a far more gothic, Swedish loss of life metal-like, audio. The group released its second recording, Solinari, in 1999. Furthermore to his participation with Morgion, Davis, along with Peto, perform within an aged school dark/thrash metal music group, Crimson Relic, that they tell Gary Anderson, previously with Thorrs Hammer, and Xanthorvaar, previously with Divine Ewe.
