Shaped by original Metal Pulse member Mykaell S. Riley (aka Michael Riley), the Reggae Philharmonic was a commendable and bizarre test that crossed reggae rhythms with orchestral designs, even though Riley can neither examine nor compose music. The theory was to hire probably the most talented dark classical music artists, with Riley adding vocals together with these preparations to surprisingly great effect.
