The coincidence of two such different performers writing the same name led the Ray Charles from the Ray Charles Performers, actually, to costs himself as “The Various other Ray Charles” when he was presented with a Television credit. This Ray Charles was created Charles Raymond Offenberg on Sept 13, 1918 in Chicago.
