Raul Palmieri

Among the 10 sons of Domingos Palmieri and Idalina Falba, Raul and his sibling Jacó were users of the essential group Operating-system Oito Batutas, that was led by Pixinguinha, his sibling China, and Donga, amongst others. He was using the group since its starting Apr 7, 1919, in Cine Palais (Rio) until past due 1921, when he was asked to keep. He wasn’t, consequently, at the historical season from the Batutas in the French nightclub Scheherazade, that they departed from Rio on January 29, 1922. Raul Palmieri passed away in Apr 26, 1968.
