Rashad Becker

Berlin-based Rashad Becker is among the most respectable understanding engineers in modern experimental and digital music. Since 1997, he spent some time working at Dubplates & Understanding (that was founded by techno pioneers Simple Route in 1995), and he provides mastered and trim well over one thousand records, which range from minimal techno and glitch to sound and musique concrete. Because the past due 2000s, he in addition has owned and controlled his own documenting and mastering studio room, Clunk. In 2013, Becker produced his debut being a recording musician with Traditional Music of Notional Types, Vol. I, an record of eerie, unsettling synthesizer compositions released by Costs Kouligas’ Skillet label. Vol. II implemented in 2016.
