Ramblers Two

The Ramblers Two were an early/mid-’60s performing duo, comprising Johnny McEvoy (vocals) and Michael Crotty (guitar, vocals). They met up in the first ’60s and lasted a couple of years, long more than enough to trim some singles for Pye and showing up on tv. The duo split, with Crotty eventually playing alongside many folk performers and transferring through the lineups of groupings, like the Dublin Town Ramblers, while McEvoy continuing as a single action in the afterwards 1960s and was still employed in 2009.
