Rafael Frühbeck de Burgos, eminent Spanish conductor, was created to a Spanish mom and a German dad. Frühbeck de Burgos was also a renowned interpreter from the music of Mendelssohn and produced recordings of Elijah and the entire incidental music to A Midsummer Night’s Wish, which were critically praised. Frühbeck de Burgos hardly ever documented in the task of Mahler, but his broadcasts of Mahler’s symphonies had been highly reputed, and in 1996 he was honored the Silver Medal from the International Gustav Mahler Culture in Vienna.
