Randy Muller of ’70s disco/funk band Brass Construction (“Movin'”) produced Georgetown, Guyana, indigenous Rafael Cameron’s biggest early-’80s hits, “Magic of You (Just like the Way)” and “Funtown U.S.A.” Primarily documenting as Cameron, his silky tenor became an ideal counterpoint to Muller’s brassy funk-driven creation style.
