Rafa El Tachuela

An early on learner on acoustic guitar, Rafa Tachuela began performing within the Berlin golf club circuits at age 15. Inside the same fundamental timeframe, he started digging deeper in to the research of flamenco, developing the group Yamada to get more shows. He also analyzed music performance, structure, and evaluation at Berlin’s University or college from the Arts. After graduation, he spent a while learning under Barcelona’s Diego Cortes, concurrently and alternately, while teaching flamenco in the Leo Borchardt Music College for some 10 years before beginning use Manuel Morena and his group in the first to middle-’90s, and composing to them extensively. Immediately after, he started an effective stint using the group Jaleo, documenting four albums and touring throughout European countries. Since that time, he’s created La Pasion Flamenca ensemble for even more shows, and worked thoroughly on the globe music marketplace with Britain’s ARC Information. His work concentrates much on the contacts between flamenco and its own Arabic and Indian origins.
