b. Raelene Carter, c.1920, USA. Carter was a talented trumpeter who was simply brought in to the International Sweethearts Of Tempo by Jesse Rock. She toured using the music group, including producing the post-World Battle II visit to Germany. She was a highlighted soloist using the Sweethearts, being specifically effective on ballads.
