Rachel Proctor

b. Charleston, Traditional western Virginia, USA. Nation singer-songwriter Proctor spent a lot of the 90s operating behind the moments in Nashville before finally becoming given the opportunity to release her own documenting profession in 2004. Proctor was raised in Charleston and participated in pop skill shows as a young child, but by her past due teens had started to graduate towards nation music.
