Though he comes from the same town as screw originator DJ Screw, Rabit makes a skeletal but wild strain of grime, a method that started in London, Britain. The Houston indigenous debuted in 2012 using the Terminator EP. Released on Austin, Tx’ #Emotions label, it presented a Traxman remix from the name monitor. Rabit’s reach prolonged as he produced overseas contacts. Follow-up EP Sunlight Showers, released in 2013, arrived through Japan’s Diskotopia, while a small number of 2013-2014 singles, including a launch break up with Logos, surfaced on Dublin, Ireland’s Glacial Audio. In 2015, the maker became a member of up with the Tri Position label for another EP, Baptizm. Later on that yr, he founded the Halcyon Veil label and released the full-length Communion, which produced the gender and politics problems in his earlier work even more explicit.
