Queen Yemisi

b. Deborahe Owen, SC, USA. Owen started her profession in Chicago, Illinois, where she performed being a jazz vocalist, though it was noticeable that her vocal design was inspired by Jamaican music. As she was a keen supporter of reggae, she travelled to Jamaica and connected up with DJ Merciless. The duo composed and documented ‘Sexy Fan’ with Harvel Hart and Delroy Schoborough at Annex Productions, which shortly topped the reggae graphs. The sensuous strike, using its seductive responses and sexy interplay between your two, resulted in an additional Jamaican recording program that led to ‘I’ll Always GET BACK TO You’, for Fats Eye. In 1997 she came back to prominence with Merciless, executing ‘Rocking Seat’ over an example from the Four Tops’ ‘Utilized TO BECOME My Female’.
