The sax-heavy pop/rock music group referred to as Quarterflash formed in early 1980, joining jointly two of Oregon’s popular acts: Sea food Mama, which contributed singer/saxophonist Rindy Ross and her guitarist husband Marv; and Pilot, which added guitarist Jack port Charles, keyboardist Rick DiGiallonardo, bassist Full Gooch, and drummer Brian David Willis.
