Public Memory may be the dreamy digital task of Robert Toher, previously from the likeminded ERAAS as well as the post-rock outfit Apse. After ERAAS finished, the Brooklyn-based Toher spent a while in LA documenting what became the 1st Public Memory recording. Stripping his audio down to a bit more when compared to a Korg synthesizer, acoustic guitar, and field recordings allowed him to include components of dub and Krautrock into his audio. Wuthering Drum found its way to early 2016 on Felte Information.
