Psychic Motion were actually the CHILDREN, a NEW YORK band who’d released a previous one, “AN EXCESSIVE AMOUNT OF Lovin’,” that discovered some local success in elements of that state. Because of their second one, 1967’s “Big Teaser”/”It’s You,” the CHILDREN transformed their name to Psychic Movement to avoid issue with another music group called the CHILDREN within a different area of the nation.
