In the aftermath of two highly successful tours with ex-Led Zeppelin bandmate Jimmy Web page, vocalist Robert Vegetable found himself musically inspired. As Web page continued to utilize the Dark Crowes, Plant started seeking new shops for his creativeness. Joining as well as two efficiency arts faculty people of Kidderminster University and two college students, Plant formed a fresh group, Priory of Brion, by the end of 1997. The knowledge proved so satisfying that the music group decided to tour in July 1999 as well as the springtime of 2000. Priory of Brion, whose repertoire primarily consisted of music that Plant used his early-’60s group, Music group of Joy, got its name, relating to Vegetable, from an “amalgam from the Priory of Zion, a historical French secret culture, and THE LIFE SPAN of Brian by Monty Python.” Furthermore to Place, the group included guitarist Kevyn Gammond (aka Carlyle Egypt), a veteran of early-’70s music group Bronco and a mature teacher in the music education section at Kidderminster University; bassist Paul Wetton (aka Eric “Bloodaxe” Brian); electrical piano, Hammond body organ, and guitarist Paul Timothy (aka Owain Glyndwr); and drummer Andy Edwards (aka Aleister Crowley).
