Poundhound

Furthermore to his duties as bassist/singer for King’s X, Doug Pinnick is an associate of two aspect tasks, Supershine and Poundhound. The last mentioned is actually a Pinnick solo music group (he handles all of the vocal, electric guitar, bass, and creation responsibilities, while Jerry Gaskill of King’s X assists out with drums), and provides issued a set of albums so far on the Steel Edge label: 1998’s Substantial Grooves In the Electric Cathedral of Psychofunkadelic Grungelism Rock and roll Music and 2001’s Pineappleskunk. Poundhound’s music isn’t beyond the boundary faraway from that of King’s X, except that it is more simple compositionally and funk-based. To aid his sophomore work, Pinnick released his first significant U.S. single tour.
