Pooch originally shaped in 1998 when 4 friends going to Southern Thumb Music in Richmond, VA, realized each of them enjoyed exactly the same music styles and wanted to pursue a profession as music artists. The music group began like a intensifying rock conglomeration beneath the name Mr. Torpedo. The music group was prominently presented in the I-Rock Golf club in Detroit throughout their early profession, achieving mild achievement and a little group of fans in the region. Mr. Torpedo disbanded after their vocalist Matt chosen marriage more than a full-time musical profession. The remaining users, Jeff Sankuer on drums, Dion on acoustic guitar, and Plant (a music instructor) on bass, continuing on and welcomed J.J. towards the flip as their brand-new vocalist. The group fell the name Mr. Torpedo and started contacting themselves Pooch, and concentrated their sights over the globe of alternative rock and roll and electronica.
