Argentinean metallic/rap act Pobres Víctimas Comunes (aka P.V.C.) got mixed up in Buenos Aires picture in the mid-’90s, saving a self-produced record in 1998. They performed hardcore Latin rap, performing lyrics predicated on questionable social issues. Afterwards, P.V.C. participated in an area compilation that was sponsored with a Buenos Aires radio place, Me Odias, which highlighted the tune “Razas.”
