Pilotdrift

Often in comparison to Radiohead because of its epic, orchestrated rock, Pilotdrift is multi-instrumentalists Kelly Carr (primary songwriter and vocalist), Jay Budzilowski, Ben Rice, Eric Russell, and John David Blagg. After developing in Texarcana, TX, the music group self-released Iter Facere in 2004, which captured the interest of Tim DeLaughter and Julie Doyle, both from the Polyphonic Spree and Great Records. The music group became the first ever to be agreed upon to Great apart from the Polyphonic Spree and finished up writing gigs using the huge symphonic group. Pilotdrift’s following album, Drinking water Sphere, premiered in Sept 2005. To get that record, the band continued a UNITED STATES tour with Supergrass in early 2006.
