Indie combo Pilot to Gunner came jointly in NEW YORK around 1998. Led with the vocals and acoustic guitar of Scott V. Padden, P to G also included guitarist Patrick Hegarty, bassist Martin McLoughlin, and drummer Kurt L. Herrman. The young boys debuted on polish in 1999 using the Hit the bottom and Hum EP for me personally Too!; that resulted in the 2001 Gern Blandsten full-length Video games at High Rates of speed. A hellacious touring plan ensued, which discovered Pilot to Gunner getting its firmly wound emo-punk to America and Australia and garnering some fairly fawning press blurbs on the way. The hullabaloo resulted in a cope with Market Rock Recording Business, which reissued Video games with yet another bonus monitor in early 2003 before liberating Obtain Saved a yr later.
