Vocalist/songwriter Pieta Dark brown, little girl of Grammy-nominated folk musician Greg Dark brown, released her self-titled debut record on Iowa unbiased label Trailerpark Information in June 2002. With her languid delivery and ethereal design, the versatile vocalist built an extraordinary profession both in the studio room and on-stage. A indigenous of Iowa Town, Dark brown spent her formative years splitting time taken between her mother’s home in Alabama and her father’s back Iowa. Although music was an essential component of her youngsters, Brown’s songwriting profession didn’t start in earnest until she is at her mid-twenties.
