Photon Band

You start with 1996’s 747 (Don’t Be concerned) on Darla Documents, Philadelphia’s Photon Strap unleashed a flurry of unique psychedelia-tinged indie rock and roll onto the music scene. Led by ex-Lilys member Artwork Difuria and supported by drummer Simon Nagle and bassists Gary Plowman and Jeff Tanner, the music group wasn’t noticed from once again until 1999’s limited-edition All Youthful within the Spirit, while 2000’s Oh the Nice, Sweet Changes discovered the music group embracing ’60s-affected rock and roll. Also in 2000, the music group released OUR VERY OWN ESP Driven Picture Singles, an hour’s well worth of singles, compilation songs, and outtakes from 1995 through 2000, because the music group proved how effective an outfit it had been. The disc demonstrated different sides towards the music group, including wildly experimental songs. Immediately after, the limited-edition Only around the Moon presented three new, adrenaline-fueled Photon Music group tunes over 36 moments. The band’s arsenal included tremolo upon this record, and the effect was an all-around resounding mini-LP. In 2002, the music group revealed the whimsical From the Lonely Planet, once again on Darla Information. Six years later on, the group released BACK OFF to Globe on Empyrean Information.
