Pop singer/songwriter Phoebe Vacation Ryan combines the effervescence of Carly Rae Jepsen and coolness of Tove Lo using a sharp focus on pop hooks like contemporaries Daya and Chvrches. Blessed in Dallas, Tx, Ryan grew up in oceanside Rumson, NJ where she is at a Grateful Deceased cover music group in senior high school.
