Phoebe Killdeer

Phoebe Killdeer, lead vocalist of Phoebe Killdeer & the Brief Straws, initial gained attention in 2004 when she lent her tone of voice to ’80s pop ballads and reprises of brand-new influx classics for the group Nouvelle Vague. She was highlighted being a vocalist on many tracks on the next Nouvelle Vague record, Bande ? Component, and toured broadly using the group. Before covering tracks with Nouvelle Vague or dealing with the Brief Straws, Killdeer provided up her performing skills to many prominent electronic performers, including No dB because of their track “Sunlight Lazy” and Cellar Jaxx, with whom she performed the tune “Tonight” because of their Kish Kash record. In 2008, Phoebe Killdeer & the Brief Straws released their initial full-length record, Weather’s Coming.
