Phil Foster

Phil Foster, given birth to Arthur Cohen in Brooklyn, was most widely known to 1950s and early ’60s viewers like a standup comic, also to tv viewers from the 1970s as an acting professional, for his visitor appearances on displays just like the Odd Few, and his portrayal of Frank DeFazio, the daddy of Laverne DeFazio (Cent Marshall) on Laverne and Shirley. He do make comedy information sometimes, before these were routine.
