Phaedra

Phaedra (aka Phaedra Butler), a modern R&B musician who promises a four-octave vocal range, continues to be active because the last mentioned half from the 1980s. After she sang history for album classes with famous brands Jean Carn, fellow Bostonians New Children on the market, Bits of a Fantasy, and Evelyn “Champagne” Ruler, she became one-third of Woman Soul.
