Formed after getting together with on tours with music festival appearances, Pfarmers was conceived as an experimental part task for singer/multi-instrumentalist Danny Seim from the post-rock group Menomena; Bryan Devendorf, drummer for international-charting indie rockers the Country wide; and trombonist Dave Nelson, who got performed with Sufjan Stevens, Beirut, David Byrne & St. Vincent, and even more. Titled to get a dream Seim got about getting reincarnated being a seed, the trio released its debut record, Gunnera, on Jurassic Play the springtime of 2015.
