Peter Seivewright has attracted international see on two fronts: he’s the initial pianist to deal with almost all 90 sonatas by Baldassare Galuppi, a near-contemporary and stylistic cousin of Domenico Scarlatti; and Seivewright is among the more important performers focused on championing piano functions of less popular and modern composers. For those his dedication towards the modern and offbeat though, Seivewright possesses a repertory that consumes many criteria by J.S. Bach, Tchaikovsky, among others. Beside Divine Artwork and Naxos, Seivewright provides documented for the Rondo Grammofon label (piano functions by another ignored Danish composer Victor Bendix). Peter Seivewright was created in Skipton, Britain, in 1954. His initial advanced music research had been at Oxford and pursuing graduation he spent 3 years on the Manchester-based Royal North University of Music under Ryszard Bakst. During his pupil years Seivewright attained vital acclaim for his functionality from the Richard Rodney Bennett Piano Concerto with an RNCM pupil orchestra. Seivewright steadily built his popularity, touring the U.K. and European countries, especially Denmark, and Asia as well as the Americas.
