Peter Kater

Pianist/composer Peter Kater is well known for his ratings for tv, film, and movie theater, in addition to for his own recordings of light jazz and modern music. Blessed in Germany, Kater transferred from Munich to NJ when he was four. He started piano lessons 3 years afterwards and studied traditional music until taking on rock & move in his early teenagers. At age 18, Kater transferred to Boulder, Colorado, where he performed improvised music and resided for over ten years before shifting to rural Virginia, where he constructed Earth Ocean Studios.
