Scottish-born Peter-John Vettese began his music studies, like lots of people, with piano lessons as a kid. After several musical ventures, he eventually installed with Jethro Tull in 1982 as keyboardist. He remained with the music group on the full-time basis until 1985, when he still left to go after his very own musical interests.
