Peter Buck

Peter Buck was the guitarist for R.E.M., probably the main and important American rock-band from the post-punk period. Born Dec 6, 1956, in Berkeley, California, he was handling the Athens, Georgia-based Wuxtry record store when he fulfilled School of Georgia pupil Michael Stipe, with bassist Mike Mills and drummer Costs Berry, they produced R.E.M. within the springtime of 1980.
