After the 3 O’Clock went not really with a bang but with the whimper of 1988’s too-slick-by-half Vermilion, bassist-songwriter-leader Michael Quercio joined his buddy Scott Miller’s band Game Theory in 1990. (Quercio experienced produced Video game Theory’s 1984 EP Distortion, and Miller experienced contributed “THE LADY With your guitar (Says OK LAST ONE)” towards the Three O’Clock’s 1985 launch Arrive Without Touring). Although Against Character generally improved on Long lasting Green Light’s spotty debut, Devine still left the trio in 1994, ultimately joining Medication and dealing with Possum Dixon as well as other regional groupings. Devine was changed by guitarist Bernard Yin and Quercio had taken over-all songwriting and vocal tasks for the group’s following one, 1995’s “You Will be the Queen of Marketplace Street.” Evidently, a full recording was documented with Yin, nonetheless it continued to be unreleased. Two songs eventually arrived as the last Long term Green Light solitary, “Hitler With Mascara,” in 1996, as Yin was departing the group. Adding guitarists Jason Shapiro and Dan Epstein towards the lineup, Quercio transformed the name of the music group towards the Jupiter Affect in 1997.
