Portland, OR-based underground pop clothing Perhapst was formed by Decemberists/Elliott Smith/Stephen Malkmus & the Jicks drummer John Moen. Moen, who writes sings and takes on a lot of the tools within the band’s eponymous debut, in addition has spent time using the Dharma Bums and was the frontman for the Maroons, who released their last recording, You’re Gonna Wreck Everything, in 2002. Perhapst premiered in 2008 within the In Music We Trust label.
