Percy Bady

Although he’s mainly a behind-the-scenes artist, gospel songwriter/maker Percy Bady occasionally releases albums like a solo artist. Created and elevated in Chicago, Percy created albums for performers like Fred Hammond, Kirk Franklin, and Yolanda Adams before liberating his personal debut. Entitled The Percy Bady Encounter, the 2003 recording featured efforts from BeBe Winans, New Path, the Spirit Seekers, and many more.Ten years later on he returned to his single career with Kingdom Inspirations, his debut album for the Maranatha! Music label where he also got employment as movie director of gospel A&R.
