Biography

As Pentax, Cologne manufacturer Reinhard Voigt makes an experimental design of techno based primarily throughout the structure of rhythms, as his music all appear to force the limitations between danceable and jarring defeat constructions. For this reason curiosity about the fine series between groove and dissonance, the Pentax information aren’t always designed for the dancefloor, or perhaps a pleasurable listen sometimes. Voigt has documented the majority of his Pentax materials for the Profan label, where he offers released two CDs — 1997’s Das Recording and 1999’s Konkret — furthermore to varied 12″ EPs.
