Pavel Baleff

Pavel Baleff is a Bulgarian conductor. He carried out his initial concert in 1988 at age 18. The receiver of the Bulgarian Radio award for best youthful musician in 1993, Baleff also earned first award in the Carl Maria von Weber International Competition in Munich in 1996. Among various other honors, he earned the Poor Homburg prize for performing in 2003. Baleff continues to be the musical movie director from the Dresden Chamber Opera since 1998, and in 1999 he became the main conductor from the Rostock Opera.
