Son from the composer Paulo Soledade, Paulinho Soledade had some achievement with “Raio de Sol” (written with Renato Terra) and “O Triângulo dos Biquínis” (written with Erasmo Carlos), amongst others; having acquired his compositions documented by Erasmo Carlos, Sandra de Sá, Daniela Mercury, Sandy & Júnior, Baby perform Brasil, Banda Zil, Ricardo Silveira, and Nico Resende. In 1995, he composed the arrangements towards the Compact disc Joyce Collins Embraces the Brazilian Hearts, taking part as a vocalist on the monitor “European union e a Brisa” (Johnny Alf). Having aimed the music for Marina Lima’s first present, being a sideman he caused Michel Legrand, João Donato, Ivan Lins, Belchior, João Nogueira, Daniela Mercury, Chitãozinho e Xororó, Leandro, Zezé de Camargo e Luciano, Tim Maia, Sandra de Sá, Paulinho Moska, Jane Duboc, Arnaldo Antunes, Guilherme Arantes, and Zélia Duncan. Being a support vocalist and/or vocal arranger, Soledade caused Dionne Warwick, Julio Iglesias, Gilberto Gil, Nelson Gonçalves, and Roberto Carlos. Soledade also composed preparations for Tim Maia, Cauby Peixoto, Wanderley Cardoso, Guilherme Arantes, Baby perform Brasil, Moraes Moreira, and Beto Guedes; and participated in the soundtracks of it Globo cleaning soap operas Brega e Chique, Bebê a Bordo, Andando nas Nuvens, and Uga Uga; having created with Dudu Falcão a lot of tracks for As Filhas da Mãe. Soledade began on your guitar, trained by his dad and by his old sister, with 13 he got Baden Powell as his instructor. In the ’70s, he previously his professional debut taking part as a support vocalist in Erasmo Carlos’ LP A Banda dos Contentes, getting his electrical and acoustic guitarist and having tracks documented by Carlos. From 1977 to 1979, Soledade was the guitarist of the group Semente, which also included Cláudio Nucci (vocals/acoustic guitar), Mário Adnet (vocals/acoustic guitar), Cláudio Infante (drums), Ricardo Mará (bass), Zé Luís Oliveira (brass), and Márcio Resende (brass). In 1996, he became a member of the music group BR Plus, which documented many albums and performed internationally.
