When he’s not really freelancing in reviewing, marketing, and technical composing, PAUL COLLINS works per day job simply because an British instructor at Dominican University. He has levels in English in the School of California at Davis and the faculty of William & Mary, and it is completing his doctorate at Town School of NY Graduate Middle. His first contact with music was through 8 monitors that his old brother discontinued after departing for university. These fraternal rejects had been paid attention to endlessly, so it is not surprising that three of them-Journey towards the Center of the planet earth, Honky Chateau, and From the Blue-have finished up on Paul’s desert isle discs. Following musical interests have got included 70s United kingdom progressive rock, British isles Invasion, delta blues, boogie woogie piano, and a specific infatuation using the Mellotron key pad. Although he has an Ovation Magnum bass electric guitar and on his beloved Mason Hamlin piano, Paul’s live musical function has been mainly behind the drum package. He’s caused Poem Rocket in NY, and in SAN FRANCISCO BAY AREA with the leap swing music group Hooch. He’s right now the drummer for the Cherie Lebow Music group. Paul presently lives in the Haight – Ashbury community of SAN FRANCISCO BAY AREA, where he dodges skateboarders and attempts to avoid authoring himself in the 3rd person.
