Paul Agnew

Known as from the world’s main performers of Baroque music , tenor and countertenor Paul Agnew can be an exceptionally prolific and flexible singer whose credits read such as a survey of Traditional western music, from the center Ages to contemporary times. He made an appearance in Purcell’s Ruler Arthur, using the British Baroque Soloists beneath the path of John Eliot Gardiner. He was also in Purcell’s Dioclesian, Timon of Athens, as well as the Fairy Queen using the British Consort, beneath the path of Trevor Pinnock. Agnew sang in several operas by Monteverdi, and in addition significant are his shows in Bach’s great choral functions.
