Patrick Hazell

Patrick Hazell is a white, one-man music group (piano, throat rack harmonica, and drums) from Washington, IA. But pores and skin and stage of origin barely matter, as Hazell appears like an entire throwback towards the recordings from the past due ’40s and early ’50s. His rhythmic get is certainly superlative while his audio and design are highly similar to Memphis one-man-band superstar Joe Hill Louis. His raspy harp and vocals (sung in to the same distorted mike he takes on through) are fortified with solid materials, an unrelenting defeat, and sensational atmosphere, as he ekes out a bit of blues turf that was not occupied in an exceedingly long time. In today’s white-boy blues community — where apparently every street part offers five people onto it with tones, pleated trousers, and beat-up Stratocasters at hand — Patrick Hazell sticks out as something extremely unique and awesome.
