Pat Shelby

Pat Shelby was created in Hampton, Iowa, and in 1990, began the analysis of fingerstyle electric guitar with Preston Reed. Shortly after, he completed 4th in the 1993 Telluride Bluegrass Festival’s Fingerstyle Electric guitar competition and narrowly skipped winning an prize as the 1993 Twin Metropolitan areas Greatest Guitarist. The loss of life of his dad, however, transformed Shelby’s concentrate to CCM, and he released a self-titled record in 1995.
