Pat Gibbons and Dan Hylton started building music jointly in 1991, if they began jamming on acoustic guitars in Ames, IA. The duo ultimately relocated north towards the Twin Metropolitan areas, where they produced the music group 44. That music group ultimately dissolved, but its existence in the night clubs of Minneapolis and St. Paul acquired whet supporters’ urge for food for Gibbons and Hylton’s harmonies.
