Particle

Not really your typical jam band (they will have just as much disco and electronica influences as other things), Particle were only available in 2000 in LA with keyboardist Steve Molitz, drummer Darren Pujalet, bassist Eric Gould, and guitarist Dave Simmons. Tragically, Simmons passed away just 8 weeks after the music group began, but Particle discovered his substitute in Charlie Hitchcock. Gaining supporters from the natural energy of the live present, Particle released their debut record, Launchpad, in 2004. Another year Hitchcock still left the music group, and Scott Metzger and Ben Combe had taken his put on acoustic guitar, also attracting vocals — a fresh addition for the group. Particle celebrated their first-ever overall performance with the brand new lineup by documenting it and liberating its shows (alongside items from another display) as Transformations Live for individuals in 2006.
