The group performed some live concerts and in 1999 released a CD-R entitled Passer Gullfisk, but some lineup adjustments would start early in the brand new millennium — an interval that also noticed the discharge of another CD-R, Hulemysteriet — and by 2002 Gjellum was the just remaining original person in the group. In 2006 Panzerpappa released Koralrevens Klagesang, their most ambitious (and accessible) record to date, offering the quartet noticed on Farlig Vandring became a member of with a bevy of guests on several instrumentation and including a vintage Caravan-esque vocal from Sinclair using one monitor. Panzerpappa gained also wider notice using the discharge of Astromalist for the Rune Grammofon label in 2012; as well as the band’s primary quartet, the record highlighted performances by keyboardist Hans-Petter Alfredsen (who eventually joined up with the group being a long lasting member), Jaga Jazzist flutist Ketil Vestrum Einarsen, Univers No bassoonist Michel Berckmans, vibraphonist Ola Lindh, and on strings, Eivind Hasle Amundsen (violin), Hannah Bartram (viola), and Thomas Nilsson (cello).
