Biography
Pamela Polland’s music is continuing to grow and blossomed as she shifted music direction many times since getting started within the ’60s. Within Gentle Spirit with Rick Stanley, she charted within the ’60s with several folk-rock singles. Through the pursuing decade, the vocalist/songwriter produced two recordings for Columbia Information as a single designer, and she fronted a jazz quartet in Maui. By 1999, Polland became a member of with Claudia Kirchmayr inside a Hawaiian-language duo known as Makamaka. Furthermore, throughout three years Polland has documented or sung with such performers as Vehicle Morrison, Bonnie Raitt, Jackson Browne, Kenny Loggins, John Denver, the Manhattan Transfer, and Taj Mahal. Several artists have documented her unique compositions, included in this Bobby Bare, Vikki Carr, Helen Reddy, Linda Ronstadt, and Nancy Ames. Center of the Globe, Polland’s recording that she released on her From the Leash label, contains guest looks by Loggins and Raitt. Furthermore to performing and writing, she actually is a voice instructor.
